These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Church on Jefferson Event Venue website (201 E Jefferson Street, Franklin, Indiana 46131). Please read them carefully. These Terms are provided for transparency and are not legal advice.

Submitting a contact form, tour request, or pricing-guide request is an inquiry only. It is not a reservation, a hold on a date, or a binding contract. Availability, pricing, and the full terms of any event are confirmed separately in a signed rental agreement. Any pricing shown on this site or in our Venue & Pricing Guide is illustrative, may not reflect your specific event, and is subject to change.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in by checking the text-messaging consent box on one of our forms, we may send you text messages (for example, tour reminders and follow-ups about your inquiry) at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and reply HELP for help. Consenting to text messages is optional and is not a condition of any service, tour, or booking. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect through our forms, how we use it, our cookie and advertising practices, and how we handle text messaging data. Please review it together with these Terms.

A separate signed rental or event agreement, where one exists, governs the terms of your event and takes precedence over these website Terms for that event.
